Ongoing connection with peers nationwide through multiple networking opportunities and year-round member events.

Representation of local interests on issues regarding public education at the national level.

Access to a specialized annual Fellows program focused on personal and professional leadership development in partnership with a prominent national non-profit organization. Opportunities to be in a mentoring relationship extend beyond the PEN network.
